Redeeming Miles: The number of miles required to redeem for products and services is based on your chosen purchases, multiplied by 100 (e.g., if the cost of the purchase is $100.00, the miles required for redemption will be $100 x 100 = 10,000 Relationship Rewards Mile™ and/or Direct Mail Miles™
All rewards will be calculated as specified above and then rounded to the nearest whole increment. Your account must be open and in good standing (not past due, over limit, fraudulent, restricted, high risk, in collections, or part of a consumer credit counseling program or bankruptcy settlement) to redeem rewards. If payments are received based on sales, Relationship Rewards Mile™ and/or Direct Mail Miles™ may not be added to your account or redeemed if there's a greater than 40% unexpected decrease in your gross sales and/or credit card sales.
Relationship Rewards Mile™ and/or Direct Mail Miles™ don't expire as long as your account is open and in good standing and you have used at least one of our products or services in the last calendar year. Relationship Rewards Miles or Direct Mail Miles can not be combined with any other offers, incentives, gifts, discounts, or specials. Relationship Rewards Miles and Direct Mail Miles may be redeemed for a minimum of 20,000 miles. And, you have the option to donate all or part of your miles to a charity of your choice.
